The daily cashback and rakeback casino
Betarctica Casino: cashback paid every day, rising to 40% at the top of 17 VIP levels
Betarctica skips the oversized welcome package and rewards play each day instead. Every level of its VIP ladder raises the daily cashback and rakeback rate. This page sets out the payment rules, the bonus terms, the game library, the support routes and the log in steps, with amounts shown in pounds. The brand lists its amounts in euro. Every pound figure here uses the 19 October 2026 ECB reference rate, where 1 euro buys 0.84205 pounds.
Betarctica in short: a casino that pays back every day
Betarctica is an online casino with a sports betting tab, operated by Win Top Ltd, company number 16122, from Hamchako, Mutsamudu, on Anjouan in the Union of Comoros. Its licence, number ALSI-202509029-FI1, was granted by Anjouan Gaming for business to consumer play under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005. The public record lists it as valid from 16 September 2025 until 15 September 2027. Payments run through Winstrax Ltd, a payment agent registered in Cyprus under HE 479794, with an office at 59 Agiou Gennadiou, Office 103, 2054 Nicosia.
The brand is built around one idea: steady returns rather than a single large sign up offer. Cashback and rakeback are credited every day, and both rates go up with each of the 17 VIP levels. A new account starts on 3% cashback at Bronze 1. At Obsidian, the last level, cashback is 40% and rakeback 60%. The sections below cover payments, bonus rules, the games, support and signing in, using the figures that Betarctica itself publishes.
Rows, tiles and the bottom bar
Betarctica runs in the browser as a single page app on a dark navy ground with teal accents. The logo spells Bet in white and arctica in mint, and the same mint colours the Register, Log in and Join Now buttons. The top menu has four entries: Casino, Free Money, Shop and Sports. A button on the left opens a side panel with Home, Casino, Live Casino, Providers, Tournaments and VIP. On phones a bar at the foot of the screen holds Casino, Free Money, a round Join Now button in the centre, Shop and Sports.
The lobby is made of horizontal rows, and each row has a See All button that opens the whole category as a grid. In order, the rows are Lobby, New, Halloween Carnival, TOP Live Casino, Bonus Wager, Live Games, Bonus Buy, Jackpots, Roulette, Blackjack, Game Shows, Big Sunday Blast and Lucky Boom. A green dot on every tile counts the players inside that game right now. The figure updates on every visit, so treat it as a rough guide to what is busy.
First three lobby rows on our visit
| Row | Tiles shown |
|---|---|
| New | Le Zeus, Chicken Road Bonus, Beach Princess Bonanza |
| Halloween Carnival | Klowns, Evil Eyes, Life and Death |
| TOP Live Casino | Blackjack VIP (LuckyStreak), Oracle Blaze, Sic Bo |
The web app
Betarctica has no native app in the App Store or on Google Play. It offers a progressive web app instead, under the label Install & Get Bonus, which places an icon on your home screen and opens the casino in its own window without the browser bar. The install prompt appears for players who have already made a deposit.
The Anjouan licence record names territories it does not cover. The United Kingdom is one of them, alongside France, the Netherlands, Spain and Australia, so check that Betarctica accepts players from your country before you register.
Payments: twelve brands, thirteen currencies
The cashier itself opens once you are signed in, but the site footer shows every brand it accepts. There are twelve, in two groups. Six are cards and wallets: Revolut, Skrill, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Mastercard and Visa. Six are coins: Tether, Tron, Dogecoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and Bitcoin. A further row of logos belongs to the sports side, with UFC, F1, UEFA and the ATP Tour.
Balances can be kept in EUR, USD, CAD, CHF, AUD, NZD, NOK, DKK, PLN, CZK, HUF, BGN or BDT. Pound sterling is not on that list, so check which currency the cashier offers you. You choose the currency in the second step of registration, and it then applies to your balance, your bonuses and your limits.
Deposit rules
- Every payment must come from an account in your own name. Payments by third parties are refused.
- The method you deposit with is the one you withdraw to, wherever that method allows payouts.
- Deposits must be played through three times before they can be cashed out.
- Pop up prompts let you set a deposit limit for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
Cashing out and the 3 day window
Betarctica states that payouts are processed within three business days. Before the first one you confirm your email address with a code, and every withdrawal triggers an identity check. While a request is pending you can cancel it yourself. Very large wins may be paid in monthly instalments rather than in one go. VIP status also speeds things up: the processing target drops from 24 hours on the lower levels to one hour on the highest.
Payment terms in numbers
| Term | Figure |
|---|---|
| Turnover of a deposit before cash out | 3 times |
| Withdrawal processing | Within 3 business days |
| Refund request window | 5 business days |
| Refund processing | Within 10 business days |
| Inactive account fee | £8.42 per month after 12 months without activity |
| Identity check | Lifetime deposits above £1,680, any withdrawal, or suspicion of misuse |
| Source of wealth proof | Lifetime deposits above £4,210 |
Documents for the identity check
Betarctica asks for a photo ID, a selfie in which you hold that same ID, proof of address no older than 90 days, and proof of the payment method. On a card copy only the first six and last four digits should be visible. Accepted file types are PNG, JPG, JPEG, HEIC and PDF, up to ten files per upload, and everything has to arrive within 14 days of the request. Where your papers are not in Latin script, a video check can be used instead. If a check fails, a support ticket is opened so you can see what still needs to be sent.
Bonuses: Free Money, a jackpot and daily VIP returns
All offers sit in the Free Money tab, which has two filters, All and Tournaments. At the top is an Activate Promocode button next to a ticket graphic, and a code can also be typed in during sign up. Below it, each promotion has a card with its prize pool and a Join Now button.
There is no fixed welcome package. Registration offers a choice between a promo code and No Bonus, and what a code unlocks depends on your market and the campaign it belongs to.
Jackpot and the Lucky Boom tournament
The JACKPOT card advertises a prize pool of up to £842,000, made up of fixed and progressive prizes. Jackpot wins are paid out as cash, not as bonus money. The tournament card is Lucky Boom, played on Playson and Booongo games, with a pool of £505,200 split into stages worth £25,260 each. It runs from 21 September 2026 to 7 February 2027. Only spins of £0.42 or more count, you need at least 100 of them in a stage, and prizes have to be claimed within 90 days.
Wheel of Gods
This promotion has two wheels. The Zeus wheel can be spun free once a day, and the Hades wheel can be bought once in any 24 hours. Each wheel is split into eight sectors that pay bonus money or between 5 and 100 free spins. Wheel winnings carry x35 wagering and can be converted to cash up to five times their value. Your account needs at least one deposit before either wheel will spin.
Terms that apply to every bonus
Bonus rules
| Rule | Setting |
|---|---|
| Wagering | (deposit + bonus) multiplied by the coefficient of the offer |
| Highest stake while wagering | £4.21 |
| Normal time limit | 7 days |
| Bonuses at once | One active bonus |
| Order of play | Real money first, bonus money after |

Game types count towards wagering at different rates. Slots count at 100% and buy feature rounds at 50%. Live roulette and live blackjack count 10%, while crash, casual and mines games count 5%. Anything else counts nothing. Playing from the Bonus Wager row in the lobby keeps you within the rules.
The Shop and its prize pool
The crown icon labelled Shop leads to the VIP Market. It carries a prize pool of £842,000, and the grand prize is a 2026 Lamborghini Urus. Items are bought with Chips and VIP Coins, which build up from your deposits, and each item comes in limited stock. VIP members also get discounts in the Chip Store.
How the 17 levels work
The ladder has five tiers. Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum each have four steps, and Obsidian sits alone at the top. To reach the next level you have to meet all three of its targets: lifetime deposits, Gems and Stars. Once you do, a Level Up button appears and pays a one off reward of cash plus free spins. You never drop back down a level, but VIP rewards can only be taken after your identity check is complete.
Cashback is credited every day at 00:00 UTC, with a minimum payout of £0.84, and rakeback is credited daily as well. VIP bonuses carry x40 wagering on Bronze and Silver, x25 on Gold and Platinum and x10 on Obsidian. Higher levels add a personal VIP manager, support by messenger and gifts.

FS means free spins. Pound sums are converted from euro and rounded. Stars and Gems are also required, for example 3,000 Stars and 5 Gems for Bronze 1, 910,000 Stars and 500 Gems for Gold 1, and 75,000,000 Stars and 25,000 Gems for Obsidian.
Games: 13,496 titles from 126 studios
The library holds 13,496 games, and 12,081 of them are slots. Every category page has a search field at the top and a sort button, and the provider filter narrows any list down to one studio. The Halloween Carnival grid on our visit included Cursed Crypt, Bloodthirst, Rotten, Deal with Death, Circle of Life, The Wildwood Curse, Life and Death, Evil Eyes and Klowns.
Two practical points. The lobby does not display return to player figures, so look for them in the rules panel inside each game. Demo play is only available once you have an account.

Live dealer tables and shows
Live tables come from Evolution, Ezugi, Playtech, BetGames, Absolute Live Gaming and LuckyStreak. Among the titles are the game shows Funky Time, Dream Catcher, Crazy Pachinko and Ice Fishing, the lottery style Mega Ball 100x, and roulette variants such as Fireball Roulette and Red Door Roulette. Note that live games count only 10% towards bonus wagering, or nothing at all outside roulette and blackjack.
The 126 studio logos
The Providers page lists 126 studios as logo tiles under a search box. The first tiles are Gamomat, Barbara Bang, 1spin4win, Nolimit City, Apparat and Spearhead, followed by MGA Games, Netgame, CT Interactive, Phoenix7, 100HP Gaming and Air Dice, then 3 Oaks, 777 Jacks, Felix Gaming, Relax, Amigo, Amusnet, Absolute Live Gaming, Betora and 5Men. A tap on any logo filters the lobby to that one studio.
The largest catalogues belong to KA Gaming with 1,036 titles, Playtech with 878 and Evolution, whose live tables add up to 682 and its other games to 559. Fazi follows with 552, then Amusnet with 399, Hacksaw with 386 and Wazdan with 375. Smaller ranges come from Habanero (230), Pgsoft (171), Nolimit (128), Thunderkick (116), Novomatic (109), Booongo (89), Playson (75), Relax (39) and Spribe (22).
Sports
The Sports tab sits at the right end of the bottom bar, and its betting markets open inside your account. Logos of the ATP Tour, UEFA, F1 and UFC sit along the footer.
Contact, safer play and country rules
Support runs through live chat, provided by LiveChat and open to signed in players. Betarctica does not publish chat hours. For anything in writing, the address is [email protected]. A separate address, [email protected], handles self exclusion. There is no phone line and no help centre, so the chat and these two addresses are the routes to use.
Limits and exclusion
- Deposit limits per day, week or month, plus a limit per transaction.
- Stake limits. Any change to a limit takes effect after 24 hours.
- Temporary self exclusion, requested by email to the block address.
- Permanent closure of the account through support.
Betarctica links to GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy. In Britain the National Gambling Helpline run by GamCare answers free on 0808 8020 133, and GAMSTOP lets you block gambling sites that hold a UK licence. Accounts are for people aged 18 and over. Playing through a VPN to hide your location breaks the terms, and winnings made that way are forfeited.
Countries that cannot play
The terms exclude Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Côte d'Ivoire, Curaçao, Cyprus, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Myanmar, the former Netherlands Antilles, North Korea, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Ukraine and the United States, plus every country on the FATF high risk list. The licence also leaves out Australia, the Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom. All of the policies quoted on this page took effect on 5 October 2026.
Registration and log in
Opening an account takes two short steps and around two or three minutes. There is no social login, so everything is done with an email address and a password.
- Pick a bonus option, either a promo code or No Bonus. Type in an email address, then a password between 6 and 32 characters long that mixes a capital, a lower case letter and a digit.
- Tick the box that confirms you are 18 or older and accept the terms. Marketing messages are optional.
- Fill in country, currency, phone number, date of birth, full name, gender, street address, city, state or region and post code.
- Confirm your email with the code sent to you. This is required before your first withdrawal.
The log in form
The Log in window shows the Betarctica logo and the line Play. Win. Repeat. Below are two fields, Email and Password, the second with an eye icon to show what you typed, and a wide mint Log in button. Under the button sit two links: Forgot your password? to set a new one, and Register now for anyone without an account.
